We are committed to delivering an alternative fitness option to the modern gym by providing fitness services that are familiar, but differentiated in 10 key areas.

Our service is their to enhance your lifestyle, not to satisfy our ego. We deliver instruction and advice based on what will serve our Members best, not what makes us look good, makes us stand out on social media or creates a buzz.

Our Trainers do not outsource the creation of sessions and must creatively develop unique workouts every day. We are constantly on the lookout for new, effective ideas, but also resistant to fads. We aren’t chasing glitz and aren’t distracted by misleading promises of an easy way out.

We track and monitor our Member’s attendance so no one is forgotten or slips through the cracks. If you’re not using your Membership, we get in touch to make sure you’re okay. We initiate more Membership cancellation than our Members themselves.

We’re old fashioned in the best of ways, taking pride in knowing names and giving high levels of face-to-face contact.

We are committed to the training and development of our Trainers, ad well as their long term wellbeing. We have a small, professional team with low staff turnover rates,
