Bub Friendly Classes
Our 930am sessions are bub friendly! Our Mums & Bubs groups are generalist fitness classes that welcome parents who may need to bring their bubs along too.
While these aren’t specialist post-natal return to fitness sessions, and all Members are welcome, these workouts are still an understanding, supportive environment where we are aware and cautious of the unique elements of a post-natal return to fitness.
For the best health of post natal women we have some specific policies about returning to exercise with Pure Will. We can not train women less than six weeks post natal. If you are less than 16 weeks post natal clearance to exercise from a health professional is mandatory. We also strongly encourage all post natal women to see a women’s health physiotherapist for specific check of your suitability to return to generalist exercise.
Mums & Bubs classes can be accessed on either our Open Membership or Off Peak Membership.

(FREE) New Mothers Walking Group
With the help of The Surgery at Jerra and Jerrabomberra Rotary Club, Pure Will Fitness provides a new parents walk, talk and exercise group. This is free of charge, and is provided to help new parents get outdoors and social during what can be an isolating time of parenthood.
The group is also supported by both the Queanbeyan Palarang Regional Council and NSW Health.
These groups are around 40 minutes of walking followed by approximately 20 minutes of light exercise.
