Personal Training is brilliant for absolute beginners looking for an entry or return to fitness. It’s also spot on for those with a rehab plan who need assistance staying on track, or for anyone who simply prefers the private and detailed focus of one-to-one training.

With that in mind, at Pure Will we actually don’t want people stuck on Personal Training unless it specifically meets their needs in the long run. Let’s face it, for most people it’s not an affordable long term solution. Our goal for nearly all our Personal Training clients is to get them fit, confident, self reliant and self motivated.

We offer both indoor Personal Training at our Fitness Studio in Queanbeyan and mobile training where the Personal Trainer comes to you. Anyone curious about Personal Training can book in for a free fitness consult to meet us and see our facility before signing up.

We also offer a an introductory 10 session pass, often used to get people’s fitness up a few notches so they can join our Group Classes.

To make Personal Training more affordable, consider getting together with a friend or two for small group training where you share the goals and can split the costs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our fitness consults are informal meetings between you and a Trainer. Depending on your situation we perform basic fitness and body composition benchmarks. Mostly we chat to get to know you and help figure out the best options moving forwards.
For the undivided attention of another person completely committed to your individual goals, it’s not so much.

However, over time we agree the costs of Personal Training add up.

For that reason for many of our Personal Training clients we build up confidence and fitness for group classes which are more social and more affordable in the long run.

One of the worst myths in the fitness world. That’s exactly what we’re here to help with in a one-to-one situation. Later you can spread your wings and join group sessions with confidence. We help you get there.
You’ll need to read our full terms and conditions for the full story, but in short, we have a 12 hour cancellation policy meaning we need 12 hours from you to cancel and re-schedule a session. If you cancel inside that time frame we may try to re-schedule, however, we make no guarantees. For more information please see our Terms and Conditions.
Simply add $10 per extra person attending the training session. Your group can decide how to split the fees but at 1/3 each this is a very affordable option for Personal Training.
We know how tough scheduling can be for shift workers who take on night shifts and rotating schedules. While all the same rules apply, we come into any arrangement with a shift worker fully aware of how you can be affected by your rosters.
Mobile Personal Training is where you book a Trainer to come and meet you somewhere convenient for you. We bring all the gear and equipment. It could be near work on your lunch break, your home gym or at a nearby park. It’s a great solution for privacy and ultimate convenience.
