Youth Fitness

Classes just for youths. Our small groups are limited in size and specifically targeted towards age groups with relatively similar stages of development. Along with fitness and mobility improvements, our training develops a positive attitude towards health; and an enjoyment and appreciation for movement.

Our youths enjoy the same training variability and specialist attention as our adults. All sessions are different and we provide fitness both broadly in terms of the types of movement and styles as well as with depth in respect of instruction and guidance.

Youth sessions are 45 minutes. All Trainers working with children at Pure Will have a current NSW Working With Children check.

Current youth training group: 12 – 15 year olds @ 4pm Tuesday and Friday.

Yes they are. We start from the beginning and coach basic movements.
Yes we do. We have and continue to coach children in fitness in a one on one arrangement so they have a semi-private setting and full attention from the Trainer.
In some respects yes.

We train in all planes of movement and include play and games for coordination and skill development. Similarly, the group training environment demands our Youths learn to work together in an inclusive, interactive group environment.

We coach movement and fitness rather than rules and there is little competitiveness among the group.

In some ways we feel this is a stronger environment for learning to value movement and fitness as a life skill.

Our small groups means exercise is monitored very closely and there is time and space to recognise individuality.
